This former workshop part of a 19th century log-cabin was converted into a small, fully open plan, barn-style, split-level flat. It provides a unique and stylish holiday accommodation for two adults (or two adults with one, or two children). It comprises of a ground level day room with an extandable bed, a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen unit, a bathroom with a bath and a separate WC. Traditional, steep mill-style steps lead to a sleeping platform above with a balcony door to the garden and with another WC. The apartment is self-contained with two separate private entrances.
We have built the apartment as part of our house to be able to show the beauty of Jizera Mountains to you. We are ready to share with you our best tips for hiking, biking, skiing, mushrooming and drinking beer in the area.
Apartman U Potoka - located at the quiet, upper-end of Bily Potok village in Izera Mountains, by a weir on the Hajeny mountain stream, only 141 km from Prague, 32 km from Liberec 47 km from Görlitz (DE), and 200 km from Wrocław (PL) - is an all-year-round destination, ideal for walking and hiking, cross-country skiing in winter, and mountain-biking from spring to autumn. There are tens of kilometres of perfectly maintained cross-country skiing routes nearby and the SKI & SUN ski area is just 20 km away. The cross-border single trek for mountain-biking is also nearby.
