The property is newly renovated and has a brand new individual heating system with adjustable temperature in all the spaces. It is nicely decorated and light comes in through large windows. Please note that our flat is located on 3rd floor, no lift! Plaese consider this aspect if you have mobility issues
Although in a central location, this flat is not facing any steet with car traffic. It is located on a pedestrian street. This makes it a perfect place to be in the historical center but sleep without earplugs. The vicinity of Spa 5 is a great advantage (5 minute walk). There is an Albert and Billa supermarket in 300 m from the flat. Zeyerova street and the paralel one have plenty of restaurants, eateries, coffe shops, backeries, pizza places, Starbucks and more
