Modern and fully equipped studio (25m2) in the ground floor with parking spot right in the front of the house (house is used for private living and business). Studio is equipped with double bed, kitchen (fridge, jug kettle, hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, dishes), table, sofa-bed (double bed), SAT TV, washing machine, iron and WiFi. Bathroom with shower is devided from WC. The windows have mosquito nets and are oriented east (facing the street) and north (facing the small front garden, behind which there is a cycle path and road).
In the same building, we also offer a private wellness area (Zavadilka 2620 PREMIUM WELLNESS), which includes two double hydromassage baths, a sauna, a steam cabin, a cooling zone (with two rain showers, a cooling bucket and a mist), deck chairs, a dressing room and a toilet. The spa is rented for a fee, which is not included in the accommodation price. It is ideal to make wellness reservations in advance. Payments at reception are accepted in cash only.
Public transport 2 min by foot and large forest 4 min by foot.
We are happy to welcome our guests personally and are at their disposal during their stay. When we are not present, it is possible to let guests into the house using a smart lock, so they can arrive at almost any time by mutual agreement.
