In Šatov and its surroundings you will be able to visit hundreds of wineries and to taste the local wealth. Every year there are organized wine tasting followed by a vintage Znojmo Burčák Festival. For cyclists, Šatov and surrounding areas prepare dozens of sporting events which go through several bike trails that stretch beautiful and untouched landscape Podyjí and lead even to Austria. One of the largest cycling experience is held annually and its called Vinarska 50, which runs through Austria and starts right in Šatov.
