The house is situated in a quiet area near the forest, the perfect place to relax after a hectic city life. It is furnished in a retro style. It has two bedrooms (three beds and two beds with the baby bed) and a living room with one bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is one small bathroom with a toilet and sink upstairs, and another bathroom with a shower and washing machine downstairs.

There are many opportunities for cross-country skiing, and Klinovec/Fichtelberg for downhill skiing (25km away). In summer you can enjoy bike riding, blueberry picking, mushroom picking and nice mountains hike. The spa town Karlovy Vary, with the thermal pool and hot springs, is just 25km away. Grocery shopping is available in Nejdek, 5km away. The house has a beautiful view of the valley.
