Newly renovated apartment with high-class facilities such as a walk-in shower and underfloor heating in the bathroom. New electrical appliances in the kitchen. The bedroom was also completely renovated in April 2023 including a new bed and wardrobe. At the beginning of 2024, a larger TV (40 inch) and a new high-quality corner sofa were added to the furnishings. A baby travel cot (60cm * 120cm) or a folding bed (90cm * 200cm) with new (early 2023) mattresses and high chairs are available free of charge for infants / children. Since June 2023, a small outdoor seating area has also been available to you, which is in the sun in the morning and evening during the summer months and in the shade during the hot midday period. By arrangement, your electric car can be charged at the private wallbox. The windows are fitted with high-quality fly screens. Parking is available free of charge.
