Flat is situated in a small town. Good Possibilities for Shopping. The station is reachable by foot within 5 min. 25 min from Plüderhausen to Stuttgart by train.
The surrounding is excellent for hiking and biking.
2000 m from the flat there is a lake. Bathing possible.
