Welcome right in the centre of Nienburg! This apartment is perfectly located in-between the main shopping street and the Weser river. All sights of Nienburg are in walking distance. As a family we often miss good coffee with thick milk foam. That's why you have the choice between Nespresso and filter coffee. For the milk foam you will find milk in the fridge and a milk frother. -- Layout -- The apartment offers 2 rooms. The main bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed, that can be pulled apart into 2 single beds. Here you will also find a desk, a desk chair and a desk lamp for your work. We have very fast wifi. From the bedroom you can watch and sometimes hear the clapping of a stork family. During breeding season they have their nest on top of the roof next door. If you want to relax you can find a comfortable couch in the living room. Snuggle into the comfy blanket and enjoy a movie on the 55-inch HD-TV with the provided Disney+. Two columns separate the living area from another 90 cm wide single bed. The couch can be converted into another 1,40 m wide bed. We offer a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the morning with some coffee or tea that is provided. Use the washing machine to wash and dry your clothes.

The apartment is only 50 meters from the main shopping street Lange Straße. Since the apartment is facing the backyard, you will not hear the busy city. The Weser river lies only 200 meters the other direction. The river offers a beautiful path among treetops with nice views. Parking: Only 20 meters away you can find several parking spots where you have to use the blue "Parkscheibe" Mon-Sat 8 am - 6 pm and the time is limited to 1 hour. Outside of these hours you can use the parking spots as long as you want. 50 m away, you can leave your car in a parking garage. 150 m from the apartment is the best parking option if you want to leave your car for longer. Parking is free on Sunday and public holidays and not very expensive on all other days.
