Willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung im komplett saniertem Haus auf der Ostseeinsel Fehmarn - die Highlights der Wohnung sind neben ihrer sehr guten Ausstattung die zentrale Lage: das Haus liegt direkt in der Burger Innenstadt, sodass alle wichtigen Ziele (Marktplatz, Bäcker, Gastronomie, Fahrradverleih etc.) fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Der Südstrand (Hauptstrand auf Fehmarn) ist bequem über den direkt angrenzenden Rad- und Wanderweg zu erreichen (per Fahrrad 9 Minuten). Zum Hafen Burgstaaken sind es 4 Minuten per Fahrrad. Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und nicht mit Hund oder Katze zu mieten. Auf dem Balkon ist das Rauchen gestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis enthalten. Die Ferienwohnungen verfügen über keine eigenen Parkplätze, öffentliche Parkplätze in direkter Nähe (kostenfrei) stehen aber zur Verfügung. Des Weiteren verfügt die Wohnung über SAT-TV (mit Flatscreen), WLAN, eine Waschmaschine und eine gut ausgestattete Küche - natürlich alles im Preis inbegriffen.
