Welcome to Arbio fully-equipped, spacious apartment situated in near Marktplatz Leipzig right in the heart of Leipzig's city center. Spanning 54 m², this space is perfectly appointed to accommodate up to 4 guests, with additional provisions including a sofa bed and an extra bed. It serves as an ideal home base for all visitors of the trade fair city. Our modern apartment features a flat-screen TV and a cozy seating area for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom, complete with a hairdryer and towels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.

Neighbourhood information

The location in the quiet rear part of Gottschedstrasse is the ideal starting point for discovery tours through Leipzig. It is a residential street in the inner west suburb and stretches from the inner city ring at the level of the Thomaskirche to the Waldstrasse district. It is named after the writer Johann Christoph Gottsched. The front part is a popular Leipzig pub mile and offers a large selection of cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants and dance halls. The Gotthedstrasse is also home to the Central Theater and the Skala, which is why the area is unofficially referred to as the theater district. The tram stop "Leibnitzstrasse" of lines 4, 7 and 15 is in the immediate vicinity.
