This cozy apartment, approximately 65 sqm, is located in the attic of our house at Auf dem Breck 12, in a quiet location on the outskirts of the beautiful and centrally located village of Kirchlinteln near Verden, on the western edge of the Lüneburg Heath. The apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of which can be separated), a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, a hallway, and a storage room. A beautiful garden with a seating area invites you to relax and unwind. Car and bicycle parking are available. A hearty breakfast is available upon request for ?10. Two bakeries, two grocery stores, two restaurants, as well as doctors, dentists, and a pharmacy are located in the village.
