Equipped with kitchen, workspace for home office, over 20m² private terrace courtyard, smart TV, Netflix. → 2022 newly furnished → walking distance only 1,2 KM to the city center! → Workplace (home office) → Boxspring bed (180x200cm). → Bed linen is provided → 1 bathroom → Fully equipped kitchen (first floor accommodation with dishwasher. Apartment upstairs without!). → NESPRESSO coffee machine (ECO) → 55" Smart TV + NETFLIX → dining table 4 people → Terrace-courtyard over 20m². → Child friendly - high chair for babies + baby bed + baby cutlery. → We pay attention to sustainability Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel + shampoo. For cooking: More than fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, refrigerator, many electrical appliances. Parking: There is public free parking on the street. However, there is difficulty finding parking in the evenings. Plan for this. Intermediate cleaning and extra bed linen during stay at extra cost. For long term stays, intermediate cleaning must be done due to sustainability. " Everything was very clean and attention was paid to quality materials in the furnishings.
