—————————— There is a room that is set up as a studio with a living area, office, & queen bed. A separate bedroom with a queen size bed. A 5th person can stay on oversized sofa with provided linens. There is an outdoor public gym just feets away from the property as pictured in listing right at the front of oktoberfest entrance. Things to do- all within walking distance. -Spielplatz Theresienwiese - best new playground that opened August 2025 in this area is just minutes walk from the flat at the north side of Theresienwiese. -Forum Schwanthalerhöhe- shopping mall just 12 minutes walk from the flat across from the playground. -German Transport Museum- 10 minute walk across The Theresienwiese field. -Bavariapark-10 minute walk across tge Theresienwiese field. -Bavaria Statue- 7 minute walk - in Theresienweise- little known fact even locals dont know is that you can go through the aprial staircase to the head where you can have a special view of the area -Alter Südfriedhof- 14 minute walk. prominent cementery of many of munichs leaders and founders of quite some famous companies. 54 of them to be exact. See famous names you can spot. Many people enjoy taking a stroll here. -Sendlinger Tor-10 minute walk (go straight on Nussbaumstrasse- dont follow google) entrance to the old town created in 13th century and 14th century restored brick gate. -Marienplatz - just 5 minutes more from senglinger tor-youll reach the iconic image of munich. From there if youre tired of walking you can hop back on the train back to Goetheplatz on a 3 minute ride from Marienplatz. ———————————————

LMU klinikum is within minutes from the property and the walk to the entrance of the Old town is only 10 minutes walk from the property. The property is directly between the Thereisenwiese U bahn Stop & Goetheplatz Stop thats 4 minute walk to either that serves line u3,u4, u5 & u6. Within minutes walk to tons of restaurants and grocery stores if you prefer to stay in! ——————————
