Property information

My house has two separate living floors. On the ground floor are two double rooms 1 & 2, kitchen (open) and bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 1st floor are a double room and two single rooms: 3,4,5. You can get to room 5 through room 4. In room 4 there is the second small kitchen: sink, refrigerator and microwave. The advantage of room 3 is a very large balcony with a view of the garden and Würzburger Strasse. Here is the second bathroom with tub and toilet. All rooms except room 4 have a flat screen TV. The garden is around the house. In the basement there is a party room: large dining table, chairs, high chair for a child, two windows. This room must be booked separately. Please ask me before you book. Conclusion: Two foreign teams can live here who only use one common entrance. Otherwise every team has their privacy.

Neighbourhood information

The house is 100m close to the B13 (Würzburger Strasse), separated by a garden. Across the street on the left, 100 meters is the NORMA supermarket as well as restaurants, petrol station to the right site. Outdoor pool "Main Insel" is within walking distance. The old town can be reached by foot over the Old Main Bridge. Particularly valuable: Casablanca cinema in the old town, on the left. Bike path is right here.
