You stay in a villa that was build in 1880 for the muical instrument distributor Schuster. The building is now on the list of the protection of ancient monuments.
The luxurious studio apartment (remodeled in 2017) of the size of 60qm is located at the top floor (2nd floor) of the building. The interior of the apartment has been carefully restored and is equipped with a modern, stylish interior.
The living room features a wooden floor and there is an electric piano and an acoustic guitar for the guest use.
The modern open kitchen has all the nessesary appliances you can expect.
The spaces bathroom of 12qm has a walk in shouwer, a bathtub, a toilet, a large sink and accomodates the washing machine.
The bedroom has a large size box spring bed, and is furnihed with antique furnitures that reflect the style of the building.
Much of the decoration in the apartment reminds the visitor of the music related history the region is known of. Treat yourself and enjoy your stay at Markneukirchen at this unique loft apartment.
The building is located on a 5 minutes walk from the city’s central marketplace.
