The hotel is located in direct proximity of the Medical School amidst green surroundings. The house was built in 1993. The wooden building features a pleasant atmosphere. The center of the city, the main train station, the airport of Magdeburg as well as the Ministries of Saxony-Anhalt can be reached within just five minutes by car or ten minutes by tram. There is a direct connection to the city freeway, leading to the federal freeways A2 (Hanover - Berlin) and A14 (Magdeburg - Halle - Leipzig – Dresden). A modern sports center is only 550 yards away.
