Welcome to your personal villa on Lake Ammersee! Our accommodation offers the perfect combination of natural tranquillity and home office working comfort, just a short walk from the lake. Enjoy your own villa in the green heart of Dießen, surrounded by a spacious garden, a private terrace and stunning modern architecture and interior design. Our accommodation combines a new design building with a lovingly restored old building: Large, open-plan dining and living area with an inviting open fireplace (functional only later in winter), cozy underfloor heating, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in natural light. Two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, upstairs with a free-standing bath and each with a rain shower, so you can pamper yourself completely. Only about 400 meters from the shores of Lake Ammersee, so you can take a refreshing trip to the lake at any time. Despite its idyllic location, the site is extremely central, so you can easily reach the local sights and stores. Enjoy the tranquillity of our large garden, relax on the terrace and take a refreshing dip in the outdoor shower. The spacious living and dining room is equipped with an extra-large 75-inch smart TV and offers the ideal setting for company meetings and off-site events.
