We are Tim, Karsten and Klemens from Ko-Living. A long time ago, when we were children, we just loved living in holiday apartments with our parents and spending our holidays together in different cities and regions. Having a barbecue together in the evening, getting to know other people and their stories and just spending a good time at another place made every holiday and stay a very special experience. Later, in the world of quick consumption and full work life, we lacked that feeling of lightheartedness. Which is why we decided to offer holiday apartments ourselves to bring back old memories. Since then, we’ve been managing several vacation rentals in the most beautiful regions and cities of Europe in order to give everyone a place to relax, feel at home and experience unforgettable moments. Whether alone, with family or with friends.

In this former Hotel, lovingly converted to holiday apartments, on a quiet dead end road, we offer private apartments with south facing balconies on a high spot on the Wildemann mountain Georgenhöhe. The house consists of separate and recently renovated holiday apartments and is ideal for families and groups. Every apartment is comfortably furnished and has its own little kitchen with cooker, fridge, coffeemaker, watercooker. Bedroom with large closet and double bed, and private bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. For larger groups we have other apartments available. Contact us! Optional we offer laundry service. Private parking in front of the building.

Neighbourhood information

Discover peace and relaxation in a pristine environment and go for strolls and hikes through vast forests in the pure, clean air of the Harz Mountains. Visitors and residents alike affectionately refer to the town as Little Tirol of the Upper Harz. Wildemann is an officially recognised Kneipp and climatic spa resort with a population of around 1100, surrounded by forest, meadows and mountains. The great outdoors are at your doorstep. There's something going on all year round here. The holiday house is situated at the edge of idyllic Wildemann in the western Harz Mountains, very near the Public swimming pool (150 m) and the large Kurpark (100 m).
