Guests arriving after 20:00 are asked to call the property in advance in order to receive a code for the key box. This code will be activated via the phone call. Guests are asked to present the credit card which was used at the time of booking. Guests arriving on weekends or public holidays- including Carnival Monday (Rosenmontag) and the period between 24 December and 01 January - must contact the hotel by telephone to get a digital code to pick up keys.
