The house is located in a quiet and peaceful holiday home area only approx. 400 m from the water, which lures you with cool swims and long walks on the beach - depending on the wind and weather. You are also close to a path system, green areas and a shared playground. The house is comfortably furnished with large, bright spaces, and there is also underfloor heating in the entrance, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and living room are openly connected. The two-sided kitchen presents itself well-maintained with white fronts and wooden countertops. The living room has a lovely wooden floor and is furnished with a wood stove. The house contains three bedrooms and a nice bathroom. The fourth room is located in the extension that adjoins the terrace. In the extension there is an additional bathroom with toilet and shower.
