Holiday home located in Grønhøj by Løkken on a good natural plot with trees. The cottage is well maintained and a good setting for the family who want to spend their summer holidays close to the North Sea. The cottage has a good living room with dining area and open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. There is internet and Chromecast for TV which is with Danish and German programs. & # 160; & # 160; & # 160; The cottage has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with 1 bunk bed for 2 people and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating and washing machine. Both on the terrace and on the plot there is a good opportunity to find shelter as the grounds are surrounded by trees. The cottage is heated with heat pump and wood stove. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
