With only 10 m distance to a wonderful and child-friendly sandy beach, this vacation home is totally perfectly situated. From the house and its terrace you have panoramic views of the Little Belt in Grønninghoved Strand. The living room and kitchen are open to each other and the large picture windows also ensure that plenty of light comes inside and you can look out beautifully. There are good double beds in two bedrooms and a bunk bed in the third. The cottage is environmentally friendly and and has a desire water heat pump. Also outside the summer season the house is cheap in operating costs. A perfect vacation home for the family of children. If the weather is bad, there is the Slotssøbadet adventure pool in Kolding. Grønninghoved is a wooded area with beautiful beaches.
