The surrounding area is ideal for activities such as hiking, running and cycling as well as day trips. Of the nearby towns, Lemvig - also known as the mountain town of West Jutland - is worth a visit. It is situated in a beautiful hilly landscape and is a lovely trading town. The town of Harboøre is only 12 km from the holiday home. Just west of the town of Harboøre itself is the Flyvholm rescue centre, which has been converted into a museum. Thyborøn is 22 km away and has several attractions. For example, Jyllands Akvariet welcomes you to a wonderful underwater world and offers seal and dolphin tours, among other things. In the city you will also find the family-friendly water culture centre Wærket with several opportunities for relaxation, swimming and sports.
