Paseo Colonial is a tranquil paradise located in the heart of the vibrating Zona Colonial. Nestled in lush tropical gardens, our apartments surely are the most unique and precious accomodations in this entire UNESCO Worldheritage Site. Built on the historic ruinas of St. Regina Monestary, reaching way back to the time of Christopher Columbus, our place is something very special. Immediately upon entering these sacred grounds, you can experience a deep sense of peace and tranquility. Enjoy a relaxing swim in our beautiful outdoor pool and then get swept away into your dreams by the soothing sound of our water fountain. - You deserve it! Featuring: free WIFI, 24 hours Security, Cable-TV, Air Conditioning, Kitchen, Refrigerator.

Neighbourhood information

Our neighborhood in the Zona Colonial is full of life. We are located just two blocks from the Caribbean ocean with its Malecon ocean prommenade, and also close to Calle El Conde, the only pedestrian zone in the country! Here, you find all the tasty foods, impressive art galeries, souvenir shops, happening bars and trendy boutiques. In Calle Conde you can drink, eat and watch people dance, play chess, sing or just walk around hand in hand. All major museums are close as well. So is Plaza España with the best restaurants in town. The old Cathedral is less than 10 walking distance. Famous Dominican coffee is served at the Corner Café right in our hotel all day. There is free street parking right in front of our property. The Airport Las Americas is 20 minutes by car. The port Sans Souci is 10 minutes by food.
