1)For reservations up to 3 nights, a one-night daily rate will be taken.
2)For reservations up to 6 nights, a two-night daily rate will be taken.
This is a temporary charge in case of any damages done to the unit during your stay. The temporary deposit will be refunded in its totality during your check out, as long as there are no damages to the unit. The deposit can be made either in cash or as an authorization on your credit card.
