This top 1 bedroom apartment (56qm²) is located in the well maintained and very quiet South Marina Compound.
The Terrace offers views of the pool and garden. The community pool is right outside the front door and can be used by 12 parties
The location is unique: 5 minutes walking distance to Downtown and to Abu Tig Marina. Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets are also easily accessible within walking distance.
Note: El Gouna is a private community/town with gated access. Rental guests must send copies of national ID or passports in order to register guests for entry at the gate.
As per national regulations unmarried Egyptian couples as well as mixed Egyptian groups might be disapproved. Please note that the final decision is with the El Gouna Security Office. In case of recieving a disapproval for your registration you need to request a cancelation from your side with the full refund and we will accept it.
