This luxurious, single story, Italian style villa has a private heated pool, mature garden, courtyard and direct beach and lagoon access. There is beautiful Italian marble flooring and crystal chandeliers throughout. The pool and front of villa has magnificent views of the peaceful beach, lagoon and mountains. It is the ideal place to swim, use the sun lounges, BBQ and dine in the pergola whilst watching sunset. This spacious villa is 356 square meters with fast WiFi. It is in prime location with 24-hour security and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. There are 5 large bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning/heating and WiFi. The master bedroom also has a private lounge and walk-in wardrobe. The spacious lounge has a 65 inch Smart Ultra HD 4K Samsung TV, Bush sound system and leather sofas. The dining area seats 10 with a domed ceiling. There is a landline to make free local calls. The large fully equipped American kitchen and utility room include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and utensils. The private courtyard has an additional dining area perfect for stargazing. There are smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.

El Gouna is home to the annual El Gouna Film Festival, Sandbox Music Festival and hosts various sporting championships including the El Gouna International Squash Open, Golf Tournament, Rally, Beach Polo and Tennis Tournament. El Gouna is also the perfect place to enjoy water-sports, including scuba diving, windsurfing, waterskiing, parasailing, snorkelling and has premier kite surfing capabilities. There are a number of brilliant restaurants and cafés to explore, along with vibrant highlight life. It is a quick and easy 10 minute walk to Downtown. Alternatively, there are many low-cost TokToks (approximately 25 Egyptian Pounds per trip for 3 people as at July 2022) and taxis that are easily accessible and available.
