Without this step, they don't let anyone enter the resort unforunately. Note: This applies to any sudden visits that you might have. Any probable visitors must be added to the original IDs & passports sent because the permit is only done once, 24 hours prior. And then any visitors are welcome, even if they visit for a few hours. Note: Foreigners must send passports with visa entry that you get at the airport, or the residence permit
