***This property is ready for families only*** First Floor, garden view, new and modern apartment for rent with excellent finishing, luxury and literally complete furniture in Zaharaa EL Maadi ( center in Cairo) located on a peaceful quite area and one minute walk from Wadi Degla Club. A great place for families with 2 bathrooms and three- luxury furnished bedrooms (including one master with private bathroom). All rooms have been equipped with AC in addition to the living room. restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket are all with three minutes’ walk and available for home delivery as well. The property is just 45 minutes distance from the Cairo international airport and is located on an easy accessible place from all Cairo roads.
The owner works as a petroleum engineer and live in the same building and ready to facilitate any issues that may meet the customers during their stay. he is up to date persons and like to read, follow technology news and interested in educational process for kids, adults and mature people.
the nearby ( 3 minutes walk) is an entirely complete market with the super market, pharmacy, packer, dry clean, cafe,......etc. Also, the property is a 5 minutes driving from Carrefour City Center which you can enjoy the joy of shopping at with latest in fashion, electronics, accessories, household goods, groceries ........etc. In addition to the shopping experience, you can take rest and find many of different restaurants and cafes in the same area.
