Company information

I am French Canadian. My passion from a young age was travelling. I own an apartment in Malindi, on the coast of Kenya and in Javea, Spain. I practiced law for 20 years in Canada until I moved to Ibiza where I lived, travelling around for 10 years. I am now settled in Javea, which I love and still go to Kenya where I manufacture leather beaded goods and where I got married in 2020 to Oserian CEO Peter Zwager. We spend our time between Naivasha, Javea and Canada where my family lives. I like houses that have a soul, a nice place to relax where the weather is great and the ocean not far.

Property information

The house is in the center of the old town on a corner street. It is made of tosca stone, which gives it a special warm feeling. Built some 300 years ago it was fully renovated before we bought the house in 2017. It has 4 apartments and 1 room. The Terrace on the top floor is shared by all the guests.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is very safe. The histrionic house is within 5 minutes walk to excellent gastronomic restaurants , the market, the shops and the old village square . The apartment is within 20 minutes walk to the sea , 4 km to the family friendly L’Arenal beach with great restaurants and nightclubs . Multiple festivals and parades are often the theme of the week in the old town. The wonderful colourful Spanish character, culture and traditions make Javea a fantastic holiday destination. My favorites around the village are La Cajita and Trastienda. Many people like Robotica. On the beach, it is always nice to have breakfast at La Siesta or a nice romantic dinner at Piri Piri.
