Spacious house with pool and barbecue, in a quiet environment. Capacity for 8 people, with 3 double bedrooms on the first floor and a suite bedroom with living room and private bathroom upstairs. Equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy relaxation with family or friends. 10 minutes from the beach by car. Outdoor swimming pool with chill out area and barbecue with dining table, also for private use. The pool area is perfect for lounging or playing with the children and the BBQ area is very nice to spend a relaxed evening. The owners live on the ground floor, a totally independent space with their own access. No spaces are shared. Check out our IG to see all the updates and tag us! Ig: @aldecarles
We live in the lower part of the house, with independent access, without affecting the privacy of the client. Whenever we are at home, we will be happy to help them with whatever they need.
L'Aldea is a village located in the Delta de l'Ebre, a protected natural area, with a wide variety of environments, marked by the river, beaches or lagoons. Also next to the Parc Natural dels Ports, a massif rich in fauna and flora, ideal for hiking, animal watching and cycling. The Village has a train and bus stop, which arrive directly from Barcelona. In addition to motorway exit and it is very easy to park for free on the same street where the house is located.
