Combining rustic architectural details with modern design, the apartment consists of a luminous, open-plan living space with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with light wooden floors and a small dining area, one double bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Due to its exceptional location in the historic city centre, a vast array of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The gorgeous, golden sands of Playa de los Bateles are furthermore just 1 km or a 15-minute walk from your front door. Here you can learn to surf, read a good book, or stretch out under the Spanish sun before refreshing yourself in the glittering sea. Street parking is available and it is easy to find a spot around the apartment. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
