The Gandía Daimuz 3000 Apartments are located on Calle Roger de Lauria and Calle Fátima in several residential blocks ideal for families. They have various types of accommodation and capacities: Flats 2/4 people: Apartments with double bedroom (with double bed or twin beds), sofa bed in the living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace or balcony. Flats 4/6 persons: Apartments with two double bedrooms (with double bed or twin beds), sofa bed in the living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace or balcony. Flats 6/8 persons: Apartments with three double bedrooms (with double bed or twin beds), and sofa bed in the living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace or balcony. All of them are fully equipped with extractor hood, microwave, oven, refrigerator, television and basic kitchenware according to the capacity of each flat. Bed linen is also included, although table linen and tea towels are not included. Towels are not included and can also be rented at reception. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Bookings for under 25s, groups and stag/hen parties will require pre-authorisation by credit card of 100 euros per person. This amount is fully refundable, only as a guarantee that the accommodation and its contents will be used responsibly.

The Gandía Daimuz 3000 flats are located in the town of Daimuz, less than 10 minutes from the port of Gandía and less than 5 minutes' walk from the sandy beach. They are within the Campos I and Campos II urbanisation in the Valencian town. These flats near Gandía are just 5 minutes from the train station of the Costa de Valencia resort and just over an hour and a half from either Alicante or Valencia airport. The Oliva Nova golf course is 15km from the flats and the town of Valencia is 75km away. Valencia airport is less than 1 hour away and Alicante airport is just over an hour away, so you can reach the flats by plane without any problem. If you prefer to arrive by train, the Renfe train station in Gandia is located just 2 kilometres away.
