Beautiful beach front apartment near Valencia in Spain with direct access to a sandy beach. 🎀The apartment has a new living room with two sofas, three bedrooms with 8 beds, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful terrace with comfortable seating. 🌊 Steps from the terrace lead directly to the sandy beach. 🌴 The apartment is located in the Spanish town of Tavernes de la Valldigna ✈️ Valencia airport is 60 km away 📺 There is a 50" TV with Netflix in the living room, a monitor and keyboard on the desk for home office, optical internet and WiFi. For players we have Playstation 4 and a Samsung home cinema system.
We refurnished the apartment in May 2023 for our own purposes and rent it out when we are not there. We try to keep the apartment in perfect condition and meet the demanding requirements of our guests.
This place is located only 60 kilometers from Valencia. There is a train from Valencia to Tavernes, the journey takes 45 minutes. It is 2 kilometers from the train station to the coast, there is also a bus. One parking space belongs to the apartment, you can also park for free on the street near the promenade. The nearby towns of Gandia and Cullera are worth seeing.
