You'll find a beautiful 37m² (390 sq ft) two-room apartment built in 2002. It's located on the 1st floor with an elevator, facing the two beautiful swimming pools and a paddling pool. It includes a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a wonderful 12m² (140 sq ft) terrace overlooking the residence's swimming pools and the iconic Penon del Ifach. This apartment, with brand new furniture, is extremely bright. The bedroom features two 90x200 cm (35x79 ft) beds and a 140x200 cm (55x79 ft) sofa bed in the living room. It is very well equipped (hot/cold air conditioning, electric coffee maker, microwave, oven, blender, orange juice maker, toaster, hairdryer, television, washing machine, iron, and baby crib). Bath towels (bath towels, sink towels) and bed linens are provided. The residence is guarded and fully secure (cameras, electrically locked doors and gates, concierge). The apartment has a garage in the basement with a lockable metal door. The entrance is 2.42 m wide and 4.74 m deep. The clearance is 2.08 meters. Free Wi-Fi.
The apartment is extremely well located, just 150m from La Fossa beach, 100m from the port, 1km from Arenal Bol beach, and 2km from the historic center of Calpe. On the pedestrianized promenade, 150m from the apartment, you'll find numerous restaurants, bars, a bakery, souvenir shops, and clothing stores. Next to the apartment is a small, well-equipped supermarket. During high season, the three swimming pools are supervised by a lifeguard during the entire opening hours (11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.). You can enjoy many nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace, and more. Don't miss the occasional breakfast at MERENGUE, across the street from the residence: a real treat. It is not possible to check in or out of the apartment on Sundays.
In Calpe, you can climb the Penon del Ifach, located right next to the residence. You'll find an extraordinary view from there. You can take the very pleasant seaside promenade from Calpe to almost Moraira. Just behind the residence, you can discover the Salinas with its numerous flamingos. You can eat in many typical restaurants in the historic center of Calpe. Just before the center of Calpe, you can enjoy the large Arenal Bol beach. All these promenades are within walking distance of the apartment. During the summer, a children's funfair is open every evening. You can go to Las Fonts de l'Algar (Callosa d'en Sarria) and visit the Castell de Guadalest. You can visit the markets in the surrounding villages: Moraira on Fridays, Teulada on Wednesdays, Benissa on Saturdays. You can also eat there. You can visit Benidorm, El Faro de l'Albir, the Aitana safari as well as the island of Tabarca.
