Penthouse of 110 m2 located on the 1st line of the beach. It has 3 bedrooms (4 single beds and 1 double bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with terrace. Penthouse and another terrace on the second floor with barbecue. Located on the fourth floor, it has direct access from the garage with elevator (access for the disabled). The garage is covered. Residential area, with wifi (only) in the grounds of the pool and nearby. Common areas with a pool for children and a children's play area. They have 4 paddle courts.
