Property information

Magnificent 2-floor penthouse in the first line right in front of the best beach in the town. Uniquely composed 3-BR duplex in the only 2-floor building on the beach promenade. On the first floor is a living room with stairs to the second floor, a kitchen, a toilet, and a large corner oceanfront terrace with a barbecue, outdoor shower, and dining tables for 8. On the second (and last) floor are 3 private bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a corner oceanfront balcony with outdoor furniture for 8. The penthouse has more than 100 m2, air-conditioning on each floor, its own parking places, a gated swimming pool for the community, tennis courts, and a garden. On the ground floor, there is a great seafood restaurant, and dozens of other restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques are all around. The apartment has 4 pool access cards available.

Neighbourhood information

In front of the penthouse is the fine sand beach with shallow smooth access to the nicely warm sea. The beach is 6 km wide with several beach bars directly on the sand. On the right side of the beach is the area dedicated to water sports while the left part continues to the national park Los Toruños. In this farther part of the beach, you can find places with literally no people around. Also, a few hundred meters of the beach here are considered for nudists. The Valdelagrana area is the ideal place for the summer holiday. Besides enjoying the beach and sea, you can eat and drink at maybe a hundred places here, you can shop, you can rent sports equipment. There are many attractions for the kids open from the evening until late night.
