Property information

Great apartment for 4 or 5 people with views to the beautiful beach of Daimuz and with access to the shared pool. Start your day with energy enjoying a great breakfast at the terrace of this apartment while you admire the sea and think about the wonderful day at the beach that you have ahead. In fact, it is going to be even better because you just have to grab your towel, a soft drink and appetiser and walk about less than 5 minutes to the beach which only is 300 metres away. In addition, you have also the possibility of a cool dip in the chlorine shared pool either before or after going out. The pool sizes 14 x 5.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.1 to 1.8 metres. There also is a children pool sizing 5 x 2.5 metres and with 0.5 metres of water depth. This 2nd floor flat with lift is spacious, beautiful and cosy. It welcomes you with a comfortable living-dining room equipped with two fans where you can watch TV, listen to some music, chat or eat together while watching the seascape. The kitchen, very well cared for and independent, has a ceramic hob, oven and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Next is the laundry room equipped with iron, washing machine and ironing board. There is a bathroom in the house with shower, as well as two bedrooms with two single beds and wardrobe each. If a fifth guest is accommodated, we will prepare the sofa bed in the living room. The flat is equipped with 2 column fans. And if you are accompanied by the little one in the family, a cot and a highchair are available. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival.

The area of playa de Daimuz is ideal to revel in the peace and calmness as well as activity and joy. You will get those thanks to the quiet and warm essence of a beach spot together with the vital atmosphere of a place full of life specially during the summer. The sandy beach is specifically chosen by those who want to enjoy a family vacation. The area also offers all needed services for an independent stay like bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The shared pool is open from June 1st to September 30th. Opening hours: from 10 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm.
