Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Which means that the reservations out of this times or for weekends will be contacted through the day or night by the accommodations in order to settle all the matters related to the booking as soon as possible. But it is really important to have excellent communication with the property in order to avoid any possible inconvenience.
Before your arrival, a deposit of 90 euros will be requested for possible breaches of the establishment's rules.

Access to the rooms is based on the number of guests, additional charges will apply for extra rooms.
