This is a stunning apartment, bright and airy and is maintained to the highest standards. You will be greeted with mountain and valley views from the moment you approach the property. As you walk through the front door into your open planned kitchen/diner and living room area, off to your right is your family bathroom and two double bedrooms. Continue through the lounge onto your south facing veranda. This gives you beautiful views over the inviting pools and lush manicured gardens. Within the gardens are a designated BBQ area and two large pools. A short walk to a supermarket, bars and restaurants and a 5 minute drive to Moraira beach and town centre.
Wendy and I have fully embraced living in Spain and enjoy lots of outdoor entertainment. Golf, Padel tennis,Zumba and walking to name a few. Loving life in the sun.
I believe that Moraira per head has the most restaurants and bars on the Northern Costa Blanca (probably). Sun, Sea and Sangria in abundance.
