Cozy and recently renovated Attic on the beachfront 25 meters from the sand, with 2 bedrooms + a dressing room (2 bedrooms) with large parking area and electric vehicle charging point. Wifi, Netflix and 2 SmartTVs of 50 "and 32" in the living room and main bedroom. 3 Beds (1 Double and 2 simple). With all the comforts, gas boiler, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, hair dryer, iron, nespresso coffee machine. Domotized house with electronic lock.
I will do everything possible to make your stay perfect !! Do not hesitate to call me for any type of query you have regarding the house or Comillas.
First line frontbeach 25 meters from the sand and from the marina restaurant area of ​​the port, 5 minutes on foot from El Capricho and the Center of the Villa. Ample parking under the house and electric vehicle charging area 10 meters away
