Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges:
- From 20:00 to 22:00, EUR 10;
- After 22:00, EUR 50.

It is strictly prohibited to have bicycles inside the apartment. If you have a bike, you have to store it in a special box below the building, Please notify us in advanced if you have a bike.
Parking does not go automatically with the apartment. It depends on availability and costs 12 euros per night. It is necessary to book in advance. Parking reservation considered confirmed after our confirmation.
No check-in available between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
