Charming 2-bedroom apartment in Son Bou. Recently renovated, this apartment has a comfortable terrace with privileged views of the sea. Full air conditioning. Perfect location very close to everything you need for an unbeatable vacation. BBQ, community pool. Please note that some furniture, decoration or elements such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season to improve the guest experience without altering the functionality of the villa. More information: -Bedroom 1: double bed, AC, main floor. -Bedroom 2: two single beds, AC, main floor. Please note that some furniture may be replaced each season. For families: first crib and high chair free. Additional cots and high chairs available for an additional fee. We hope you enjoy a vacation filled with laughter and fun. However, we would greatly appreciate it if you were attentive and kept noise to a minimum. Please note that a damage deposit of between 300 and 900 euros is required depending on the standard of the property booked. Alternatively a security deposit waiver (non-refundable) covering any accidental material damage up to the amount of the deposit can be contracted.

Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 km). Therefore, it is not surprising that one of the best tourist areas on the island has developed along it. In it you will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving center, water sports, horse riding routes and much more to enjoy your holidays with family or friends. Just 7 kilometers from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island.
