Villa 147 sq on the canal with all amenities, private garden, swimming pool, garage. The house is located in a quiet place on the canal, near a park with bike paths, tennis courts. To the city center 12 minutes by bike, to the nearest beach 8-10 minutes by bike. Attention! In the VILLA Fluvia category, the final cleaning fee is 100 euros, the booking price will be recalculated.

The town of Empuriabrava is the pearl of Catalonia and the Costa-Brava, often called the Spanish Venice. It’s unique because of its location around of a network of artificial canals and it’s the largest marina in Spain for private yachts and boats.
