This roomy 300m2 vacation home is located in Pollensa, a small town in the northern part of the island of Majorca in Spain's sunny Balearic Islands. The home is fully equipped and has all the comforts. All the rooms are very spacious, especially the living room, and the home otherwise boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms (one bathroom is outside) and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a DVD player, PlayStation 1 with 2 games, air conditioning (in all the rooms), and a washing machine. The home is suitable for children and a baby bed and highchair are available (upon request). Guests can relax outdoors and enjoy the spectacular view of the beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana mountains from the expansive, furnished garden and take advantage of the pool or both the open and closed terraces or cook on the gas barbecue grill, all private features. The home is located in a quiet area close to the historic Roman bridge and is an easy stroll from the town's center where there are a variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes. The villa is located close to the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO world heritage site, and offers great outdoor adventures. Spectacular beaches, such as the Platja de Cala Barques, are just 8 minutes (5.5 km) away by car while Alcudia Beach is just 20 minutes (13 km) by car from the property. Horseback riding is available at the Hipica Formentor ranch, just a 17 minute (17 km) drive away. Cave exploration opportunities are just 7 to 10 minutes (5 to 6 km) away by car. The area features excellent coastal and mountain hiking areas, such as the Cami Boquer, just an 8 minute (6.4 km) drive away while the Puig Son Villa is just a 9 minute (9 km) drive by car. The Pollensa Golf Club, a 9- (soon to be 18-) hole course, is 8 minutes (6 km) away by car.

The area offers over 136 cycling routes of various degrees of difficulty that wind through the rugged, mountainous landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 45 minute (61 km) drive from the property. - Free public parking on same street is available. - Pets are not allowed - Heating available in the winter; guests to pay for heating oil consumed - Air conditioning is on a timer and works from 7pm to 7am. - The pool is shallow. Please be careful when jumping into it and do not jump in head first. - There is an age restriction for booking the property: only guests aged 25 or older are permitted.
