Casa Ignatz is a bright airy villa, with a large dining kitchen, lounge, 2 further outdoor lounges, a roof top solarium and outdoor dining area there is plenty of space for the whole family. There is hot tub, outdoor pool table, table tennis and a removable child safety fence to keep your little ones safe. No parties. Families preferred.
Balcon al Mar is known for its stunning walks, viewpoints and Lighthouse. The locale itself is residential with a few local bars, cafes, restaurants, beaches, bakery and shops within walking distance and a 10 min drive to the busier Arenal beach. Whilst there is a local bus service we would strongly recommend a car, the villa is about a 10 min drive from the main nightlife area of Javea. We have 3 beaches in our local area nearest naturist beach is 5 min walk away into a steep cove. Two others 5 min drive away with bar restaurants at both.
