The lower floor will surprise you with a luxurious master suite, equipped with a spacious double bed and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. In addition, you will find a small office area ideal for working or studying, and direct access to the lush garden from where you can enjoy the tranquility and privacy offered by this paradise. For your convenience, the house has free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and upon request, high chair and crib for the little ones. Parking outside the property ensures the safety of your vehicle. During the low season, from October to April, heating is offered with a daily consumption limit of 30 kW. If this limit is exceeded, an additional cost of 0.25 per extra kW consumed will be applied to promote responsible use of energy resources during the colder months.
