Company information

Access to the apartment is via the STAYMYWAY mobile app. Check-in time is from 16:00 onwards. We will be happy to assist you during your stay for anything you may need, leaving at your disposal a phone number available from 20h to resolve any mishap that occurs in the flat. On arrival it will be necessary to fill in and sign an accommodation document in accordance with the regulations. 💶 The management company may request a security deposit, always with prior notice. ✔️ It will be fully refunded if no damages occur.

Property information

The flats have different configurations of rooms, all with air conditioning and heating, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. They are located on the third floor without lift. Access is by stairs only. Cot and high chair available (on request). IMPORTANT: The building has high steps and difficult stair sections, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or for carrying bulky luggage. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR/LIFT. 🚭 Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Violating this rule may result in a financial penalty. ❌ Parties and events are not permitted. Neighbourhood information

The building is located in the heart of the historical centre, surrounded by the main monuments and shopping streets. Nearby you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy. The nearest beach is La Caleta, just a 5 minute walk away. If you want to go to the new part of town, you can take bus number 1 from Plaza de España. The journey takes between 5 and 20 minutes, depending on where you are going.
