Un espacio moderno con jardín privado, barbacoa y una piscina comunitaria. Se encuentra a 10 minutos de las mejores playas occidentales de Cantabria como Liencres o San Vicente de la Barquera. A 3 minutos en coche se encuentra la pequeña y familiar playa de Cuchía a la que se puede acudir en un paseo de 3 km bordeando la preciosa ría del Saja Besaya. La casa cuenta con 1 habitación de matrimonio y 2 habitaciones dobles todas exteriores y con vistas a los jardines de la urbanización.
