Modern, comfortable, new and bright individual apartment, with all the services and details, located in the best municipality of Spain. It has an area of 40 m2, consists of kitchen open to the living room, bathroom with shower and bedroom area. For children we have a cot, high chair and games.
Beatriz and Jose are hosts with experience and excellent evaluations that strive to make the stay of their guests always perfect.
Located in a quiet residential area, with free parking in the same street and surroundings, four minutes walk from the train station, next to the train station you will find all kinds of services, supermarkets, herbalist, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, market , a bit of everything. At three hundred meters, there is a sports center with paper courts, a pool with a beach bar in summer and very nice parks for children and adults. Eight minutes from the center of Madrid, by suburban train or bus. 1.2 km from Sergio Arboleda Center of Excellence, 1.8 km from ESIC, 2.4 km from Universidad Complutense de Somosaguas and 7.1 km from Francisco de Vitoria University. Two kilometers from the apartment, you will find the Avda de Europa, a leisure area with bars, restaurants, a shopping center, shops ...
